We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative and Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our organization by managing administrative tasks and supporting human resources functions. The ideal candidate has experience in brokerages, financial industries and technology.
Our office is in Dubai, Business Bay. Being in Dubai is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in administrative and/or HR roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Gsuite and HR software
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
